I retired from The Royal Regiment of Canada as a Warrant Officer with a Canadian Decoration in January 1999. After a few years of transitioning into the civilan corporate world of Information Techology things were pretty good in my life even though I had some personal things I had to deal with. There was a period of a year in 2007 where I really had to find myself and in January 2008 I decided it was time to join the Association.  This exactly what I needed in my life and I was very happy to reconnect with members of the Regiment. To me, it's the Esprit De Corps and fellowship with everyone who also shares the same beliefs in promoting the health and well being of the Regiment. Even though I wasn't serving with the Regiment, I have learned to continue to serve the Regiment in many other ways.
